It is about an institution which is sincerely trying to translate the concept of putting sociology to action so that it is able to fulfil tasks for social transformation. Action sociology is close to my heart and we have been endeavouring to bring change into the lives of hapless families from the scavenger community, who were relegated to the lowest levels in our society for no fault of theirs.
